At YAMA Mountain Gear, we stand by the quality of our technical apparel and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next peak. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
